My name is Miriam Brummel and I’m here to offer you style and sincerity in both your experience and imagery. I am an innately calm anchor for my couples and clients, and that is the core of why we’re called Even Keel Weddings.

I started Even Keel Weddings in 2014 after second shooting with some of the best in the business. Soon after, my then boyfriend, now husband Sean Erickson jumped on board and we've since had the honor of witnessing many beautiful vows and damn fine celebrations around the world.


The sentiment of Even Keel is not only a nod to the experience you’ll receive but also the imagery itself. We prioritize presence and intention in our work, while creating space for the artistic process to unfold in a way that supports the vision for your wedding. While doing so we honor beauty, love, and connection with a documentary eye in our work.
