Emotional Health
Let’s get real. We’re all in need of a bit of extra emotional help these days. Emotionally processing wedding planning can be challenging by itself, then add a global pandemic on top of it and you’ve got a recipe for stress, anxiety, grief, etc. One of my favorite resources is Aisle Talk. Its therapy for wedding planning and they dig deep on What it Means to Grieve a Postponed or Cancelled Wedding.
My final advice is if you have the whereabouts and stamina book your photographer and planner NOW. Calendars ARE booking up and you’re going to want secure the vendors you love. Contact Me for my services here and if you’re curious about more tips in general you can visit my Pinterest Board!
