M&C's Sweet Summer Santa Barbara Microwedding
So you're engaged! Yay! The newly engaged time was maybe my personal favorite. It’s the absolute sweetest. Revel in it! Once you’ve raised your glass of champagne, and taken a full 10-minute break from staring at your ring, now you’re ready to get into the thick of planning! You enter into things excited and with tons of ideas and dreams about how your day will look and feel. Before you know it, you're overwhelmed with the theme, budget, guest list, seating charts expectations of others, — the decision overwhelm is real! There’s one thing that can take almost all of that away. And now all you want to do is ditch the whole lot of big wedding planning. Well, my friend, I cannot impress you enough with the beauty of getting married at the Santa Barbara Courthouse. Carolina and Mike did just that with a micro wedding that included their closest family and friends. Weddings like this are just as meaningful and significant.
These two ditched another tradition that ended up being a boon. They got married on a weekday which, with a little luck, allowed them to have the whole campus to themselves. You’ll see photos below of the entire courthouse landscape without another soul in sight.
